Meet the Author

Throughout this whole odyssey, I’ve realized at least one purpose for me being here right now: to teach through storytelling. There are so many ways for people to heal and expand—innumerable paths to get you there, not just "one way" that works for all. For those called to walk their path with the help of plant medicines, I am honored to support you. Maybe you need a soft landing place or a safe container. I'm here to lend a hand, an ear, a shoulder, or to provide some heartfelt advice.

I'm deeply called to help others feel more comfortable. To see that it is okay to show up just as you are, and to help you get to a place where you feel more complete and whole.

I’m also here to help build communities, to speak out, and to be heard. Not being heard earlier in life was quite triggering for me, and now I understand why. Because I’m meant to speak out. To shine a light for others to help them find their way home, back to themselves.
